Support Friends of the Sea Otter: Advocacy Group Working to Protect Sea Otters

Get Involved! There are many ways to support FSO. Become a member, get educated and become an advocate to save an endangered species or make a small donation. Donations support FSO to continue testifying in Washington, D.C., working with congressmen, senators, California legislators, state and federal agencies, the scientific community, Fish and Wildlife Services, and non governmental organizations and to collaborate with our allies to preserve the sea otter and sustain current sea otter conservation programs.

Become a Member or Donate Now

Please donate to and become a member of Friends of the Sea Otter via Network for Good. In doing so, you will join a large constituency of sea otter advocates supporting the preservation of both the northern and southern sea otters and their coastal habitats. As a member of Friends of the Sea Otter, you will be making a personal commitment to the sea otter and FSO’s mission. You also will receive our bi-annual The Sea Otter Raft, a newsletter of educational and current scientific study.

If you would like to make a donation towards a specific program, please contact: jlutterman@seaotters.org or indicate which program you would like to support in the “Designation” field of the Network for Good donation page. If you donate through Network for Good you have the option to pay the processing fee, so that FSO can put your full donation towards sea otters.

Curriculum development aid from FSO staff
